Comments (1)I love concrete! It looks really beautiful!...See MoreAre you a cat person or dog person?
Comments (38)After my friend's dog stole my three year old's sandwich (out of her mouth!) I don't have dogs, cats are cleaner to have in a house as long as you provide kitty litter. A house with a dog smells so bad to us. My neighbour used her dog to clean up after her toddlers - licking the floor, the high chair tray, etc. and that was the wash they got. But I must say I do love dogs too - in the right environment....See MoreStudio floor is concrete, help!
Comments (9)A lot of tradespeople like welders, cabinetmakers, etc. are on their feet all day on concrete so I don't think thats the real issue. It isn't the prettiest space at the moment thats for sure. I'd polish the concrete. This will really make a great spot as paint may just wipe straight up if some gets spilt. If the polishing is too expensive a pressure clean and then a satin clear seller will look great. An alternative would be a marmoleum type of floor covering if you really hate the concrete. Comments (40)Hi all our terrazzo bench has been installed and in use for over 12 months. This bench was poured in Italy and then finished by a stonemason off-site type. When 1st installed I spilt some lemon juice which created a mark so we are careful not to use acidic items on the bench. I am not sure if this happened before or after we sealed it but I think it’s important to seal any natural stone product and we used the sellers recommended product called “slow drying sure seal” but I won’t vouch for its effectiveness as I can’t compare it to anything. Over all we love the look but I think you need to be a little more careful around natural products than engineered ones so it may depend on your lifestyle...See MoreTyrian
