I think your biggest problem is the paintwork, particularly as it seems quite dark in the space anyway. If you sell the furniture & replace it you will run at a loss, so I would put that money into repainting instead. Go for a much lighter colour, like Dulux Natural White. Beige & pale blue absolutely work together, & when the beige is on the floor only it will be far less of an impact, it's actually quite a neutral flooring to work with, and certainly a 'beige' floorboard will lends itself well to a Scandinavian look. Also you really want to mazximise the light in the space to achieve a Scandi look so the whiter walls will help this too. If you search "beige and blue" on Houzz I would be surprised if there weren't countless schemes incorporating these colours. Good luck :)

Thanks for the ideas. Really appreciate it. I have a sample pot of surfmist but all I see is green in it. I had not thought of Hog Bristle - I also have some sample pots of it (full, half and quarter) so might try a door. Perhaps I could even try the Natural White? I do have a bit of a thing for white trims......just not this white outside when the sun hits it. Below is a picture of the interior where I have used the Natural White on the walls and Vivid White on the trims and ceiling (paint job not 100% finished).

Go with your gut Tracy..... it is a big investment but I have found that if it makes you smile every time you walk into your kitchen you'll never regret it!!!! I've recently moved into a smaller downsized home with my 3rd black kitchen, with drawers, no cupboards, except for the pantry which we use as the crockery and wine glasses stash. Mine is matt but no handles = no hip bangers! I chose to use snow white stone bench tops, the walls are painted natural white while the floors are pale oak hybrid vinyl.

Its going to look awfully white IMO , even with the slight olive tones of the paint you have selected . If you look at the pic you captioned 'brick colour' , you see they have a darker roof to break the zones , and the olivey green tones of the window surrounds and crosses . Substitute your light grey roof , and essentially very light grey windows , over that picture , and it's not all that inspiring IMO . The brick isn't quite right as it is , and I realise it was chosen to be painted over , and I assume you aren't wanting to paint the roof yet , so all I'd suggest is going with the 'brick colour' as chosen , and do all the veranda columns and rails in either a black/charcoal , or maybe a similar mid-greeny olive tone to the 'brick' inspo pic , and also the base boards in that off-green ( it would work with either green or charcoal IMO ) .
