So excited to here about your theme! We are currently extending our house with a similar theme and colour style. We have gone with 'Solver Parchment' in our kitchen (and most of the new section actually), it is not a yellow or cream colour, more of a beige undertone. Lots of warmth and not too strong. Quite similar to half strength Dulux Hog Bristle. (We don't have kitchen cabinets just yet). In the master bedroom we have gone with 'Taubmans Morning Fog ' which is a lovely duck eggy blue colour, very calming. Could also work with your blue accents. Both match with my Laura Ashley wallpaper feature walls very nicely (Laura Ashley Josette in Duck Egg and Sable). Ceiling, cornice, archs and skirts etc all in 'Wattyl Magic White'. Nice and fresh. It was one of the colours the Dulux rep recommended. If you can, get sample pots and try them out. Best way to check your colours as photos don't always give a true reflection of the colour. Then you can have a look against your tiles and in different light.

Hi, You could introduce some mid century pops of colour, mustard , teal and burnt orange. This could be in your dining chairs or cushions and throws and art etc. I would only go with black if you are intending to have black elsewhere as the floor looks like it could be quite dark. If you wanted to go a bit more scandinavian you could accessorise with pale blue soft greys and creams. The Viva creme suite gives scope for introducing more colours than the darker one but it is important to introduce some colour. Good luck.
