Comments (7)Hi FHB, the fabrication method you describe is an old process that is not really used any more. These days for Granites and Reconstituted Stone tops we actually miter all the seen edges so there are no joint lines, while still giving you the appearance of a 60mm thick top (or any other thickness you may require).
