Thankyou @sonomamama, so you agree no greenish khaki in the bathroom? Yes i dont mind that colour @rebeccamitchellinteriors&boutique but i worry that having grey will make it look dreery? its a very small space too, its only about 2.5x3m?

@robynlloyd, Agree with Luke, alabaster is a very nice neutral colour. I am having travertine coloured ceramic tiles in my bathroom and they are going right up to the ceiling, very neutral and elegant I think. My bathroom is also south facing and I am going to have a large glass brick window above the bath. Wouldn't worry too much about light, I'm not with my bathroom, as the large window should be fine. I think you have the makings of a very nice bathroom there. I'd leave it as it is and add coloured towels first. I think any of these colours would look great: turquoise, sky blue, green, lemon - the list goes on. Then I would add some greenery such as a potplant or fern. Some candles should finish it nicely. Then stand back to reassess and decide on window covering. Voila!

I'd choose everything to harmonise with benchtop prob white wall save contrast feature and love taupe beige floor tiles and beige white and black combo Would black vanity suit your benchtop I love my laminate black gloss vanity with self close drawers and caroma opal basin (white porcelain) I also like wall and floor tiles same large size perhaps smaller in shower floor for non slip or "gritty" floor tiles eg lappato
