The vanity is an old cabinet from eBay. It was cleaned and polished and given clear polyurethane coating to tolerate water splashes better. We also had to modify the drawers a bit to fit in plumbing - they have a little cut-off at the back with new back walls.
The mirror cabinet is custom work. It is made of plywood and has really pretty plywood edges on the inside. The insides of the doors also have mirrors so that you can see the back of your head when doing your hair.
Both of these were done by Mark Elliott from Quality in wood: http://qualityinwood.com.au/wood/ and his attention to detail was amazing. You can't see it well in the picture but he has cut similar grooving to the mirror cabinet frames as what the vanity has, and has stained it to exactly same shade. He also did the other vanity and mirror cabinet in the same project.
