Our bathroom had the same layout, but we managed to fit a much longer bath and a toilet in by moving the vanity from under the window to the left hand wall, putting the longer bath under the window, putting a toilet where the bath was previously and leaving the shower in the same position. We also changed the door to a cavity sliding door to take up less space in the room. Comments (2)It totally depends on their end goal. If they don't have any foresight into selling the home and plan on being there for another 20 years then a second toilet might be the practical solution for them. As someone who is with real estate agents and sellers every day of the week it's far more beneficial on a ROI to have a bath if you're looking at putting the property on the market. 99% of the time when we're discussing which bathroom to shoot we opt for the one with the bath purely because of the bath.
