Louvre windows are one of the most expensive window types, mainly because of all the glass edges that all need to ground smooth. If your glass blades are in good condition and the size you need, I think you could talk to Breezeway about just getting new louvre clips in the right colour and reinstall them at a substantial saving.

I am interested in installing motorised block out blinds in our bedroom. The windows are louvre and when open they protrude over the sill. How can I effectively install the blinds?

Hi Joey! If privacy is an issue for you, go with translucent roller blinds. If sunlight is an issue for you, a nice block out blind will do the trick. If both are an issue, then dual roller blinds will be perfect! Keep in mind, when the roller blinds are down you may need to have the louvre window closed as it will protrude into the blind.
