Dodgy Stone Benchtop Installation: Awful or Acceptable?

Have the stone mason come back to fix it
Leave it. That finish is pretty standard
We purchased our stone and hired a stone mason from YDL.
They came and did the installation, but I am not happy with the outcome. The guy mentioned to me that the floor was slightly uneven in a couple of places, but said he had solved the problem by stacking it up with stone.
Anyways I've just had the chance to look at the completed job. Several of the front cabinet rails aren't even touching the stone, there are nails sticking out of one of the cabinet rails and the silicone glue was basically heaped on in the most unsightly manner. There are plenty of areas where no silicone was used at all. He also broke one of the cabinets and it looks like he used a nail gun to attach it back. See pics below.
Before I go in guns blazing, what are your thoughts? Is this a situation worthy of correction?
Thank you!
