I would not categorize it as art deco, even though it has some art deco influenced lines. Without seeing more of the home I would guess that it is more post-modern, and possibly built in the late 1980's, early 1990's. what a gorgeous chair...look carefully all over the frame and inside the cushions to see if you can find a brand name to help narrow the search but a quick check on Google had chairs with similar arms called a Heron chair made in the 1950s but they has four legs...good luck with the search
