Hmm. Folks I don't understand what is going on with these recent comments. The fridge dilemma was settled ages ago and I advised that I had settled on a stainless-steel fridge that worked well in my white kitchen. Just as an update, I had some problems with said fridge, calling for service several times and the fridge having to go back to the factory. Very unsatisfactory and inconvenient. They provided a loan fridge but as everyone knows, emptying and stocking fridges is not the most enjoyable pass time. After some discussions with F & P they were persuaded to replace the dud fridge with another similar fridge, although with the concealed handles. (Not my preference). I had to pay a small amount, but it came with a new fridge warranty. So dear people, I will close this conversation and give thanks to everyone for the input. Kind regards sydneymidge

As already mentioned by others you need to try and do the following, you will need a panel on both ends of the pantry/fridge space to build them in with a soffit across the top, your cornice would also be brought out around this, (not shown in my drawing, wouldn't do it for me). Not having sizes I'am not sure if this would fit. The wall cabinet could possibly be used above the fridge, once again size. I'am suggesting 25mm panels that could be what ever colour or material that would work with your white kitchen, ie;they could be painted black along with the soffit. the wall cabinet doesn't work in that corner. You also need to add a bench top height panel on the end of the Island, it could be same as bench top material.

Full residential underbench drawers are better for you, less noise. Not many options though. Williams / Skope only has the 2door - 3door - 4door type but they look very commercial, mostly stainless or glass door only.
