Exterior colour scheme advice needed
Comments (2)So I searched for navy exterior and had some blue and white American monstrosities turn up, but I've found some nuggets of perfection that I think you suit the exterior cladding. How about dark blue/navy? I think it would really suit the water front location and also highlight the great features about your home. You have a great green area in your front lawn, and blue and green together will really accentuate the area. Show us some photos of the end result!...See MoreAdvice on my living room colour scheme please
Comments (33)It's just that the carpet doesn't sit nicely with the wall colour. You need some accent colour in there so your chair is fine but I would add or replace some of the cushions on the lounge. The artwork is over your head so bring that down to eye level and I would look for a new colour for the wall as that is the easiest to change. Hopefully you don't live in a too warm climate as the carpet is a warm colour and the toning the wall will add to the warmth. I realise that grey is very popular at present so my other suggestion would be a huge grey mat to cover a much larger part of the existing carpet....See MoreColour scheme advice
Comments (6)I love it! Its a natural color palette and will look beautiful with the spotted gum floors. The wood accents will be fantastic and the green is subtle so tones of green, greys and latte colors will be really serene. Good luck...See MoreNeeding advice on colour combination in kitchen
Comments (17)With two tone Federation Kitchen Cabinets, we usually use the darker colour on the lower levels so as to avoid creating a sense of the room being top heavy, but having said this; your Kitchen should always be a reflection of your own personal taste and individuality. As with these images indicate, using a darker colour on your overhead cabinets can work when choosing the right colour and placement and so I encourage you to go with what you like....See Morelegendaryflame
