Yes, all the Houzzers have been extraordinarily helpful. I am sure in the end, it will be a beautiful room. With regards to the change of sofa style, I was unsure of my ability to keep the white leather clean - particularly the stitching. By finally going with the "Julio" it is slightly more comfy sofa than the "Ariel". It has a higher back and I feel the "granite" colour will give me less hassles. In reality, the "granite" colour has slight yellow/creme undertones which tie back better with the curtains but this doesn't really show up in pictures. Golly, I hope I am on the right track. Thank you everyone, lots of shopping, many shops seen. I have pulled this look together. I am not sure about the heavy textured throw. Just walked in with it, thinking a white pot with a plant in the corner by the window. I wanted to find the beige colour in the blue cushion, a much darker colour than the plain one l found to the left of it. Take care everyone. Sue

I don’t think that you achieving your goals of a smart use of spaces. If designing for wheelchair access, the bathrooms are not big enough. There is a very good standard on space requirement for wheelchairs. it is gold level of https://dfat.gov.au/about-us/publications/Documents/accessibility-design-guide.pdf Are you working with an architect? Wheelchair access is tricking as one has to think in navigating in a full circle spin. Doorways need to be 900-1000. Bathrooms need to be wet rooms rather than the conventional. There are some great architects in the Wide Bay Area, who will design function over form and at a manageable cost. It may be worthwhile investigating.

unable to read all the dimensions my suggestions have simplified the shape of the building and based on estimated room sizes are aimed at improving comfort by separating some areas (eg study and lounge) for quiet activities and if you added furniture to suit your lifestyle and activities (eg not sure how you would want to furnish the cinema and bar) would help you to ensure rooms are the best size and shape (eg downstairs bedroom could be used for a guest room so i've included private access to the bathroom)..the zen room could be included with the master suite by moving the doors across the upstairs hallway...the rearranged cloak room to better suit the likely easy walking path from car inside with groceries and the powder room more likely used from the study and lounge when there's an extra bathroom at the back of the house.....luckily you have ideal north facing main rooms but, unless there are great views i would be cautious about balconies and wide expanses of glass to the east or west (or consider external sun screens) and depending on budget there would be lots of option to reduce the overall size without changing the basic floorplan
