Gorgeous marble. Love it. I wouldn't do subway tiles, too busy and too much grout. I did large gloss white tiles with white grout and it's not hard to clean if you keep it clean as you go along. Which you will do because it's white and shiny and new! I love mine as it doesn't detract at all from my bench top. The marble could be amazeballs but I'd have the same concerns re too much pattern...Good luck and post a pic when you're done!

For anyone reading this in 2019, For bathrooms we recommend stone depending on who uses it. This is due to whether or not you're using the space for rent or your own home. We suggest not using natural stone if its a rental space unless its a luxury home, however with natural stone darker stones require more maintenance as they react with acid based material much faster than lighter coloured stones. Out of the natural stones we have used overtime, Granite is the requires the least amount of maintenance, however the colours are quiet limited.

Without a doubt Enjo works best for us. We have a fairly new kitchen and we were having trouble easily removing the marks from black matte cabinetry as well as cleaning the ‘fresh concrete’ Caesarstone without streaks ( both of these materials have lots of comments on this Houzz advice site). The Enjo works much better than the manufacturer supplied products - I think because the fibres & water remove the dirt without leaving a residue behind which can streak. Our Enjo rep is happy to pop over to show us how to best clean whatever new material we bring into the house. We have been reaIly stuck sometimes but the cloths always come up trumps. I promise I am not an Enjo rep myself, just a convert!
