We use the white 600 x 300 on the walls all the time. They make the room look bigger and work really well. Excellent choice.

Regarding the longer tile, the shop won't have any issues but your tiler might. It depends on your drain setup. With longer tiles like these you are best with a linear grate drain at one end so the fall is in one direction. If you're not using a linear grate and are having a small square one then you have to get fall in multiple directions.

Some people try to fudge this but the reality is that you need to cut diagonal lines falling to the square drain. If you don't (and I've seen plenty that don't) you aren't getting enough fall. The reality besides non compliance is that water doesn't drain quickly enough and you end up with the reality of mould and athletes foot etc from the bacteria build up. Depending on the surface finish of the tile this will be accelerated.

When faced with this for showers we often cut the larger tile up into a smaller one so that the colour looks the same and you don't have diagonal lines to show. Your smaller tiles would be the go in the shower itself.
