challenging! i think a separate toilet and vanity area and bath/laundry works better and allows for multiple person occupancy but, measurements are critical so, a toilet shortest front to back leaves more leg room and an extra big drop in handbasin would look best in the bathroom instead of a laundry tub and what about an old fashioned shower curtain instead of a glass screen if you like the big bathtub with shower instead of a walk in super wide shower with glass screen. The scale of the laundry/bath wall cabinets will fit best (and have more storage for linen, laundry supplies and shampoo etc) if you use a 30cm deep kitchen wall cabinet (with mirror doors) instead of the usuall medicine cabinet depth The tall skinny cabinet in the vanity area should just fit an ironing board and skinny vacuum cleaner with linen under the small drop in (makes the bench more spacious) handbasin ...The doorway into the vanity area has no door, although an in-wall slider would be OK coming from the toilet side, a swinging door would just be in the way...the two windows in the bathroom are placed to maximise ventilation and should be no more than 75cm wide and 120cm tall (frosted glass?) Careful choice of fittings should have everything fitting in OK, good luck with it

My tub is 45L. You can definitely soak/hand wash any size of clothing/ Doona covers etc. When looking at laundry sinks, there are two types of sinks, the square edge or rounded edge. This makes a big difference on whether you can soak a tray flat on the bottom of sink. I have attached some photos. The square edge sinks are just that, so allow for trays. The round edge sinks will not. I would take an oven tray from your chosen oven, and go to a plumbing shop to see what it will actually fit into. You may have to end up soaking tray on their sides. My oven is 600mm I have a rounded edge trough, and soak trays on sides.

you need to confirm all the dimensions as there's some discrepancies in the sizes shown in your plan but my suggestions include losing the linen cupboard in favour of a bigger bathroom with space for full size bath, shower, vanity and toilet with linen storage in the vanity under the handbasin and toiletries in wide wall cabinets over the sink and toilet...there's a sliding glass door off the kitchen to an enlarged deck and a galley kitchen with old laundry becoming a combination laundry and pantry with wide counter for under bench washer and blind corner pantry and space for the fridge and removing only portion of the wall allows for an opening between kitchen and living with space leftover for stove, counter, drawers and wall cabinets and more counter with double sink, DW and drawers on the other side

The plumber advised that the only place for all the plumbing was underneath and I couldn't get a wider cabinet and stone bench without issues with the sliding door. Even considered removing the sliders and having a wall built with a normal door, but that was $5k. So slimmer cabinet it was, machines are pushed in as far as they can go. Laundry tub now in garage as partner regularly washes the cars and just as regularly leaves his chammis soaking in the tub. So this way he has a tub with easy access for the cars and the tub is also close to the mop bucket. Sink in the laundry is perfect for soaking the odd item that needs a presoak. Yes, it gives me a lot of joy, especially after living without a laundry at all during the reno and having to use launderette!
