Hi Stephen Irby, urgent question for an old thread. I've been looking at the Oliveri sonetto single bowl with left hand drainer (1.2mm 18/10 304 grade) as I want a quality sink big enough for bakeware and large pots. I have existing cabinet constraints (600mm) for the bowl, and want to also install an inline filter to replace the puratap. Will this fit in with it? The cabinets are 600mm deep. Also Oliveri have been getting rather a bad rap in reviews regarding scratching, difficulty cleaning and even rust! Is the sonetto range made in Australia?

Hello oklouise I am sorry not to be able to respond more promptly I have been uber busy. Wow I love the plan for the bathroom - thank you!!! But I am really going to have to wait on my master suite and change a few things as I have spoken to a Renovator Friend who has made me aware my budget is a problem.. to the point I am giving the existing house AS IS to my in-law and just focusing on the extension for my family. :-/ for now? Always wanted a Master Suite!!!! The bedroom will have to be my office for now and I will out a door in what would be my future bathroom. (Insert crying emoji) Reno Friend has suggested get rid of wall separating mud room/ stairs area. She suggests flip entrance to stairs to closer to door (thereby giving opportunity for full windows over west entrance door allowing western sun. Full height wall where stairs end and slider door there to the middle living/dining wall she suggests we keep. Effectively divides the space into 1/3-2/3. I will need a kitchen in my laundry now as I can't access toilet in extension. Upstairs study will now be my bedroom - so area over void will become my wardrobe. Reno Friend vetoed the fireplace under stairs and said it has to be on western external wall. All these ideas she has a budget reason for implementing .. so. My Feng Shui lady will be despairing. You could try Wet & Forget on the driveway. You can buy it ready to use and attach it to a hose or buy a bottle that you dilute to use in a sprayer. I have used it and it works - slower than water blasting but it won’t damage driveway if it has some damage? I can’t quite tell from photo if that’s grass clippings/mulch or broken concrete on driveway? If you use it be careful not to spray garden bed. I live in FNQ and we planted seaside daisy - doesn’t need watering but it also won’t die from our wet season. It’s a ground over and spreads out beautifully in a courtyard area that’s get a lot of sun. Just needs a trim from time to time. I see you have Rio (purple green ground cover) which you could separate and plant down the path but it does like water. Maybe for the fence you could try attaching lattice to it and plant another passion fruit vine to help cover the whole fence. It does look like you need to get rid of some woody parts of the passion fruit. It’s a tough plant and will enjoy a bit of pruning. We had one that I thought had died last year and it has returned with no help from me. Be careful with the heliconias and gingers ... they can get out of control if you don’t stay on top of them. Anything tall will cover your fence but it will also cover the passionfruit vine which obviously loves the spot it’s in. Good luck!
