Wet building materials
Mud
Our builders are going to install our new floor in an existing room tomorrow, which will also be re-lined and insulated etc., however the timbers joists and concrete stumps have been getting a good soaking outside in the rain all day. I'm concerned about dampness and the myriad of issues that might arise as a result if they install the floor surface over wet joists and stumps. Hard to find any advice online. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same concerns or info?
Thanks heaps,
Mud
