I would build a new floor to ceiling robe where the existing robe is, extending it across to the door frame and building storage across the top of the doorway to the same depth 600 as the robe, this will give great hanging space and privacy from the living room. I would then add draws approx 450 deep facing the bed, this will give more floor space, I would have a full height wall on the entrance side of the drawers to give privacy to this space which could have a TV or shelves or artwork above these drawers. By using drawers and not full height robes it will make the bedroom feel bigger while adding extra storage. cheers

I think you need shelving either side of fire. Just something simple to add interest. To many surfaces, I think, already for adding tiles. If you want to put something on the fire place wall, then the clock needs to find another home. And the tile surface could be similar to the hearth. Either dark wood or black, floating shelves. Then your favourite things can be displayed. This looks like the same room you posted a while ago. The single wing back chairs would look good in this room again. Facing the fire. Then a light coloured rug to take away from all the black. Gold accessories to match your side tables. And if the plants are artificial, I would remove for something larger and real. For your window near the fire, A solid window treatment, eg: roller blind or shutters, would work. But if you don't need anything on that window, then maybe just a pelmet to finish it off.

These drawings are not to scale so may not work, but this is what I would be striving for if it were my house. Retain the 3-way bathroom but move the shower to a lovely large open shower and add a toilet opening off the laundry. It reduces the laundry size, but I would rather a second toilet over a larger laundry any day. And this shouldn't be a hideously expensive remodel as it leaves much of the existing in place. The biggest issue would be plumbing for the new toilet. You could eliminate the basin in the second toilet if you designed the laundry so that the wash tub doubles as a hand basin. I've seen that done in ways that are quite attractive. (Apologies for the rather rough drawings).

I dont have exact measurements except for the kitchen it's around 3940mm long x 4870mm wide. The WIP and Laundry are behind the kitchen and that is the same length at 4870mm x 1510mm. The door in the WIP/Laundry is to the garage. The oven is either under the cooktop across across from the sink of could be a wall oven where the fridge is or on another wall. I'm trying to figure out layout of everything still kind of torn on whether to have an L-shaped or Broken L-shaped kitchen.
