I have a white double sink - one sink is mostly ok (just some scratch marks) but the one that is used most is yellow. I clean it with a Magic Eraser every week which helps - but it still has a yellow tinge no matter how hard I scrub. It's an old sink - but there are plenty of stainless steel sinks that are older and still look fine - so I wouldn't recommend white. Hope that helps :)

Have a look At iseekblinds for custom blinds and shutters. Shutters have come down in price. For off the shelf - Spotlight (as above), Ikea, target and Kmart. Bunnings have blinds. Freedom, Pottey Barn and West Elm are a step up in price but still ready made and good value if you get them on special. If going an off the shelf option make sure that they aren’t too short, a common mistake.
