We're in the process of arranging solid timber flooring for our home and have received very differing advice from professionals, therefore to help with our choices, I would love to hear from people who have & live with solid Jarrah flooring.
Please share photo's of your Jarrah timber floors along with the following information:
1. What coating was used - solvent-based polyurathane, water-based polyurathane, or oil/wax
2. What finish was chosen - High gloss, Satin, Matte
3. What your personal thoughts are on the outcome
Hopefully this will create a database of information to help others as well.
NB. We don't need to hear advice about engineered timber, thank you :)
