The property below was built 12 years ago and my client was not at all happy with the street appearance of their property. They hired us to do a complete ‘facelift’ to the front façade of the house and introduce architectural features, colours, and finishes to give it a fresh, modern and contemporary look.

We began the process by developing a new concept design, creating sketches, artist impressions, and 3D visualization which were well received and highly appreciated by the client. We then worked on details, scale, proportions and deftly introduced new architectural elements of surprise.

A new entrance porch with awning, downlights, new entry door making the entry to the house to create a more inviting entrance.

Further to this, we added new low height soffit and downlights above the garage, along with a new balcony and glass balustrade.

Using timber slats provided the façade with relief, which was supplemented with fresh colours and finishes to create a simple "wow" factor to the house.

The consenting authority, highly appreciated the proposal and effort made to enhance the streetscape and approved the proposal, soon after it was submitted for assessment.

The owner is now in the process of procuring the builder and commencing the work on site and cannot wait until his dreams become a reality.
