Comments (10)If time and budget permit I would add horizontal screens (timber stain or charcoal/woodland grey) from the right pillar to the garage (hiding the down pipe) and from the left corner of the house (hiding the bins) Do basic landscaping, two narrow beds either side under the windows, bark mulch and simple plants e.g. Lomandra longifolia (a native low grassy dark green clumping plant) is common but easy spaced every 30 cm Valuers like safe and neutral schemes, so keep with the Woodland grey roof/fascia & Classic cream garage door and repeat this on the upper feature slats for now. Then add a warm complimentary colour for the front door, this is Dulux Rodham Then get a lush new plant for that pot too. If you keep it simple (KISS Principle) for now it will come together for sure :)...See MoreAdvice on Facade Colours
Comments (5)I would ask your builder if you could use the brick in the display to the front parts of the house that you can see from the street, and use the cheaper standard brick to the sides and rear. If you love the selections in the display, and can't visualise any other colours then play it safe and use the display home colours. Comments (3)i would much prefer the lighter colour roof with dark walls, gutters and windows..check the interactive colour visualiser tools for many of the paint and steel roofing suppliers..these examples are from the Ancoil website and make comparison so much easier...See MoreNeed some facade advice please...

I like the wrmth that wood brings , but then that conflicts with the starkness of the charcoal . The charcoal door looks wrong with the light surround , but also makes the whole front look too dark too . Your place , your choice , but I've already outlined my colour thoughts...See MoreJE C
