Hi All,
Wondering if anyone can help me by recommending a good cabinet maker to design and install 2 walk in wardrobes - Sydney metropolitan area, within approx 5km of CBD.
The first walk in leads off the master bedroom and is pretty small approx 2 metres long.
I also want to convert an adjacent bedroom approx 3.8 x 2.6m into a walk in wardrobe (but leaving it as a separate room and not making structural alterations).
I am looking for something good quality with all the bells and whistles so to speak, eg soft close draws, integrated lighting, pull out shoe shelves etc. I also can’t decide whether to have doors - many of the true open walk in wardrobes (ie without doors) just look messy to me once actually filled. Any thoughts on the pros and cons?
I would prefer a furniture grade plywood construction but I can’t really find anyone who seems to offer this; I feel like laminate is just cheap...
Also, is a budget of $20k for design, construction, and installation realistic?
Thanks for your time and help.
