HELP - Please help with main floor tiles grey
Comments (3)I like the grey best for reasons stated above. The 'busy' look may also be a huge benefit in that it won't highlight every speck of lint or footprint etc. as much as a more solid coloured tile....See MoreHelp please....in choosing Kitchen Tile colour?
Comments (14)Hi Tanya. Very nice colour scheme you have going on there. I think you could easily use one tile in bathrooms and another in hallways, kitchen, etc. as the hues of both appear very similar. Is the bathroom tile also to be used in laundry? You could also have a colourful rug in your kitchen to warm it up if you think the tone of tiles are too cool. Keep us posted what you decide....See MoreHelp!! Comments (2)loose laid vinyl to cover the floor and a steel fabricator will be able to polish the kickboards and several catches (like on an old cupboard door) could be fixed to the steel to secure it to the framing..check with the steel fabricator and a kitchen cabinet maker for suitable options...See MoreHelp! Wall tiles don't match the floor tiles
Comments (28)It's the floor colour that's the main problem, neither one thing nor the other, and certainly wrong with the benchtop. Leave the wall tiles if you like that sort of thing and find a way of covering the floor probably with laminate planks on an underlay. We have a European Birch golden coloured timber floor but softer grey splashback and it looks fine. It's not an award winner but the floor and cabinet carcases had been there twenty years and it was affordable. Don't even think about painting the floor or putting down mats but a clear plastic runner in front of the sink works well for us....See MoreTilly
