Wow, that looks amazing, what a difference.

The brief was to transform their existing outdoor space, enclose an existing section of deck to provide for a new living area, expand on the rest of the existing deck, provide a low maintenance level play area and fit a new pool to create a more functional and family-friendly space they could grow around. The extension to the existing residence had to blend in to the existing building as best as possible. Working with restricted space and a client wanting to maximize every possible area, we set about working through all of the various features the client wanted. Firstly understanding all of the requirements and confirming the client's wants, there were a few non-negotiable items that had to be included within the pool such as a bench seat, integrated spa, garden area, and enough room to still enjoy. We custom made and installed Lamaxa L60 from Warema. They decided to go with such a leading product for their outdoor area because of its aesthetic and weatherproof capabilities. Measuring 4875mm x 3490mm in Traffic White, the L60 covers the entire area and encompasses an integrated drainage system with gutters lined with stainless steel mesh to prevent debris build-up and drained into a downpipe. It has been accessorised with LED lights and WMS control systems, all operating mechanisms are hidden within an enclosed casing resulting in a neat, simple and sleek design that doesn't deter from the stunning view in front of the balcony.
