Thanks guys for the recommendation . Here are the sample paints against the floor board . Leaning towards natural white and casper white 1/4 . But since casper white is cool tone . Has any one mix warm floor and cool color wall ? And then grey pebble 1/4 for bedrooms .

Hi L Shum. I think it depends on the style and colour/s of your house, whether it's brick, weatherboard, or other cladding, and where the planters will be placed in relation to it. ?? Not knowing this, I'll suggest there are lots of warmer whites you might like to sample: Antique White USA, Natural White, White Duck, White Duck Quarter....

It is impossible to say without seeing the unit and understanding the natural light and the other colours. I would check out this link from Dulux, then run down to Bunnings to get some samples. https://www.dulux.com.au/colour/whites-and-neutrals/most-loved.html Dulux Vivid White always works well on 1960's trims and doors, but it would be too clinical for walls. Paint is relatively cheap , it would tie the 2 'halves' together if done at least half way right -- that is part of my thinking on keeping the filligrees too -- they add interest and even a hint of class and a bygone era , but they are consistent across the buildings . But to do weatherboards over the brick , you either need to do 'fake' door and window surrounds , and then your doors and windows set back in ; or remove the doors and windows , do the weatherboarding and surrounds , and reinstall the joinery 'further out' . I guess you could try glueing the boards on , but they'll still be 50-60mm 'deeper' , but if you do say 50x50mm battens then weatherboard , you are adding at least 100mm to the window and door depths . A lot of $$$$ to not achive a heap IMO .
