Caesarstone cleaning question

Thanks in advance for any advice.
I researched my choice of colour/finish for our new build.
It is a very modern home, with matt finishes as opposed to gloss.

I really wanted the fresh concrete or raw concrete colours, but chose a gloss white instead, as all my research said, gloss are easier to clean.

We have the colour ‘Snow’ extensively through kitchen, bathrooms, laundry.

There were grime marks that looked like finger/hand prints left at installation.

I ordered the Caesarstone cleaning kit and tried to clean them following directions exactly.
Then each time a teacup leaves a ring or drip, the mark/stain remains if not wiped up instantly.

The local supplier has come to have a look, he also couldn’t get either of the 2 sorts of marks out.
He was going to refer the issue to the Caesarstone manufacturing company for someone from there to have a look.

He said my research/advice re the concrete look finishes being harder to keep clean is correct & the gloss one we have shouldn’t be this difficult to look after.

Thanks for replies if anyone has had the same issues.
The first 2 photos are pre use, installation marks.
The other 2 are a drip of tea left for less than an hour, then rings under glasses or cups.
