I would get rid of the plant behind the TV and also take away the 3 pictures you have above your fireplace. As most of the other comments have said don't be afraid to play with color! You have a great wee space and adding in some color would be awesome!

Thanks guys, I appreciate your help! I tell you what, it goes to show how important photography is, I looked at the Parisi website, although the basins may be nice they do not 'sell' themselves like Omvivo does with their photographs.

Keep the meals as is. As this is the west side of home. Because your lounge is a thoroughfare, and you said in another post you are installing a wall. Then maybe keep as is. Ideally the lounge should have a big window, since it is on the north side. But if you have no where else for artwork, and you are overlooking a fence, keep as is.
