I can't work out your proposal -- are you going to render the bricks in a grey , and want to tile the 'feature wall' in a brown ? The photo seems to show dark grey window frames , but the concept drawing shows white ? Personally , I would have gone with the brick as it is , white windows , and a schist in similar colourings to your bottom pic , but reasonably rough texture , on the feature . Rendering is 'on trend' ( which means it will be as boring as the other 20,000 similar houses in your suburb ) -- show a bit of character IMO .
