What are the dimensions of the door alone? Does it come with silicone molding strip?

The sizes of the door and fixed panels will vary depending on what stock is at hand as we custom pick the panels at the time of receiving the order.

Typically for this size model we would send a door panel (walk through) between 25" - 28" with a fixed panel (stationary) to suit. Our door sizes range from 24" to 28", in ½” increments, we also have D -29" and a D-30".

If you require a specific size door (walk through), we can accommodate this. Once placing your order on Houzz you can contact Glass Warehouse directly on the email provided below, with the name in which the order was placed, the PO number and the size of the door panel you would like.

Certainly no problem with the sizes as it will look great. Cedar will also look fantastic. Only issue I can see is that it's a 'custom made door'. This could potentially be very expensive to have made. There are many companies that make standard sized pivot door systems. Hume Doors while being a mass producer of doors have a Pivot Door System. They're available in Cedar. The width's are available up to 1650 but the overall height is 2460 which is less than your 2600. These are quite expensive so a custom made item could be even more so. Worthwhile getting costings from a company that can provide an off the shelf item then compare it to a custom made item. Keeping in mind there are various mechanism's available. Some are self closing so they use a different mechanism for that, while others use a very basic pivot hinge. I would also have a chat with the architect and see if they have allowed enough room to fit the self close system in. If you purchase a custom made door with the self close it may not fit the space.

While both are great options we agree with Tribbletrouble44152k7 Trek - definitely depends on your space. We personally like swing or pivot doors - easier to clean, space efficient and easy to assemble if you are doing it DIY. Alternatively you could use a glass screen and do away with the door all together if that's possible? An example is below of our DIY shower screens, which you can also pick up with door kits: Hope this helps! Let us know what you decide.

if you decide to have a wall hung toilet or towel rails on the toilet wall the cavity slider wall will need to be reinforced to support the weight and a wall hung toiler with inwall cistern will mean that the cavity slider would have to slide towards the vanity..Either hinged or cavity slider doors will be good in this situation although the hinged door has the useful option for hooks for clothes or an extra towel rail...btw consider moving the master bedroom entry door for a more generous entry into the bedroom
