Garage door colour, match wall to blend in or gutters or roof?
Comments (20)The stone is from YDL Stone called Kalala Shan. I wanted caesarstone calacatta nuvo but that would have broken the bank! This one still has that marble look I wanted but it's actually a warm base more off white, goes well with wood and the trouble I am having is which grey to put it with in the bathrooms! I was thinking light grey with off white...where did you get your tile from?...See MoreNew roof colour and window/verandah colouring to match?
Comments (12)FINALLY after too long, have completed one of the upper cedar wall replacements (& the most needed)... still debating colours. Altho I was set on the cedarshield natural cedar oil product, everyone is pushing paint due to longevity... because we missmatched old with new boards on verandah section, don’t think cedarshield would bring out same colour evenly unless a lot of time trying to ‘clean’ the old boards top layer. SO, back to colours. Thoughts? Light and beachy/modern is attractive but don’t think it’d suit the simple timber cottage look it has had for so long. Thinking dark trim with lighter weatherboards?...See MoreHelp to decide colour bond roof to match existing red terracotta roof
Comments (3)Personally I'd use Manor Red. Probably won't see a lot of it anyway so if theres a discrepancy between Colorbond and tile it won't be as obvious. I'd also guess that the Manor Red would be a darker red than the terracotta tile? Could use Basalt for gutters and facias if you want a bit of grey perhaps?...See MoreExterior Design: Roof & Gutter Colours with an Ironstone Fence
Comments (8)Sorry, yes of course. Here's the fence. It's Ironstone which makes me think it wont work with a woodland grey roof. We are open to making the roof colourbond steel instead of tiled and therefore changing the colour. At some point we'll likely change our windows too so everything is up for grabs. Basically the fence is the newest colour and so that + the bricks are probably the two colours set. The rest is up for grabs....See Moreswich5
