The reason why I did two is because the vanity will be a feature vanity (marble etc) and I wanted that to be the very first thing you see as you enter and I wanted the toilet to only be visible after you enter the room. I also don't want the entry way to the shower to be the their thing you see because I wanted it to look like a powder room (i don't have one) without seeing the shower behind. These two cupboard combined are 1.6m of linen cupboard and we have a small linen cupboard near our bedroom as well so I think that's probably enough for us. We currently have a 1m linen cupboard and don't need any extra space. (We live on acreage and have 2 x four car garages) and there will be storage room under this house as well. But I completely understand your concern with not enough linen cupboard. I hated that when we lived in an inner city unit.

having the bathroom next to a bedroom suggests an extra door to create a full guest "suite" which also makes the house more appealing for two singles sharing while still providing an everyday toilet accessed through the laundry...there should be no need to move the windows or toilet position although the central wall has been replaced with a stud wall with cavity sliding door off set to screen the toilet from view through the open laundry door..the bathroom includes a generous 1500 x 900 shower or shower over small tub and a 1000 wide vanity (for guest towels, linen, toilet rolls etc) and (subject to accurate window size and shape) superimposing a decorative mirror or blinds in front of the window adds privacy ...the laundry has space for a stacked washer and dryer, single drop in tub over Lshaped cabinet (about 1700 x 1100) with open space under the corner for a tall laundry basket and cat litter nook below open shelf or drawers (for laundry and cat supplies) ...there's room for two separate tall storage cabinets for vacuum and/or narrow open voids for broom and freestanding ironing board etc and the plan shows a position for either a fold down or freestanding ironing board with dotted lines showing wall cabinets or open shelves overhead hanging racks above the sink and ironing board for hanging clothes for drip drying and before and after ironing

your plans and 3D looks excellent and i think it's a fabulous idea and great use of the space..we once had a bath space that was only 1200 x 600 built under a sloping roof with side access only 700 wide... the space was walled and tiled without a tub. (including tiles up the sloping ceiling)..worked perfectly but you have the luxury of enough space to add a bathtub that will be so much more comfortable and easier to clean and a standard drop in bath with the straight end at the front and layback at the far end ..standard installation just rotated with a nice low lip on the bath to make a flat ledge to line up your bubble bath and ducks...challenge will be getting the bath into the space.. there and a lightweight (often cheaper) bath may be easier and/or the installers may have to make a hole in the wall for access from the other end or the side and then refinish the walls...there are plenty of bathtubs that would fit the space but you'll need to discuss best options with plumber and tiler as they don't usually like surprises and, if a custom vanity was under the stairs with the sink offsett to the high side and the toilet behind the door there would be more comfortable standing space in front of the bath, a bigger vanity with more storage and easy access for towel rails near the bath..but, regardless of the width of the actual toilet, it needs to be installed close to the door (not centred in the space) to allow enough shoulder room but that means the door needs to be closed for broad shouldered adults to use the toilet comfortably..but that's not such a bad idea and another option for extra light (even in a downstairs enclosed room) is a Solar Skylight mounted on the wall or ceiling..research illume and Arcol brands for more info)

I would prefer to keep the WC separate to the Bathroom as you have 3-4 kids? who will get bigger very quickly, having a powder room downstairs won't help with the morning rush to school., But it's your house so I have added a pocket door between the WC and Bathroom. I have also taken that small robe space for an extra vanity in the WC/Powder room. No width dimesion given for the WC The ensuite could use that extra entrance space as a sit down makeup and hair bench for your wife.
