Need help with photo collage!
Comments (93)Good point, Sbrustein. I got so wrapped up in moving things around (without nails) I kind of forgot why they're there. But you know, Row, I still like best the rectangle you have now, the one you posted before you started going for the golden ratio -- which is a fine thing, but one does not get arrested for ignoring it. My best advice for now is to leave it exactly as it is for at least three months. Then, if you find you're not loving it, you can do something about it....See MoreNeed help decorating this wall
Comments (51)Unfortunately, you have made the television your focal point, the television should be on the wall where the art is. So put the art where the TV is and put your three seater lounge under it. the two single chairs go directly opposite the TV, also the ottoman should be a rectangle and the white chair should go to the other side of the room near the large window with a small side table as a reading nook. The furniture can float in the room and does not have to sit right near the walls. Also I would mount the TV on the wall and have a full width timber floating shelf (ideally with storage in it) about 30cm top to bottom. Hope this helps and the room appears more open and inviting. Comments (13)Hi Luke! What a great opportunity for your friend to create something special. An idea could be to draw inspiration from our PR Manager's house (as seen in this [Houzz Tour[(https://www.houzz.com.au/magazine/my-houzz-a-creative-collectors-home-bursting-with-personality-stsetivw-vs~109117683)) and create a gallery wall! Freddy's is portrait themed (and has grown considerably in the last couple of months) but you can choose any theme you wish - or even no theme at all! We'd suggest starting off with an artwork they truly love, such as the one already hanging. Then, you can pick an element of the piece to build the rest of the collection around - such as a colour or subject. We have some handy tips for hanging the collection in our blog post here. Hope this helps!...See Morejulie herbert
