Before deciding on a colour, don't forget to consider your kitchen cabinetry, benchtop, splashback, etc (and dining furniture)... for example, if you have a classic hamptons (farmer style) kitchen (and furniture) then don't discount a warm white for the walls... it won't look clinical as the warmth will come from the kitchen cabinetry, etc and dining furniture, e.g. But if you have a "hamptons inspired" look with a slightly more contemporary kitchen cabinetry (and furniture), then in my opinion (all nice options above but a bit too beige'ish for me) so I would suggest a light shade of a warm grey e.g. Whichever way you decide to go, try to narrow it down to 2-3 colours, get the small pot samples and paint each one on all the applicable walls as they will all look different at different angles depending on how they reflect natural daylight and the lights at night time... then you may be able to make a clearer decision. Hi Sofia I definitely think brick lay would work better on the walls in the bathroom purely because you have a 30x30 on the floor and a 30x60 on the wall. You will find the tiles could look out of place trying to stack them. It would be a different matter if they did not share 1 or more dimension. You could hang your mirror so it covered about 1/4 of the "floor tile" and 3/4 of the white above the centre of the sink. Alternatively, tiling the entire back wall with the "floor tiles". The first option may make the bathroom feel smaller if the shower takes up more than 1/3 of the back wall. I have this colour on walls and have similar tone in carpet and while I didn't choose it it has proved very versatile. I have used a different schemes in each room including the following. lavender blue and gold /mustard pumpkin and green Black, white and cherry red teal and burnt orange and mustard and black, copper. duck egg and cream Look at the Resene whites and neutrals chart for other neutral tones.

Hey guys, We are getting our pool titled, I wanna know what brand of grout should we use for our swimming pool tiles. My tiler suggested Ardex FG8 with Ardex booster. Is this a good brand, should we stick with this, or is it worth paying more for a different better brand? Thank you
