You could consider ripping out the shower base and tiling the existing 830 wide and extend that all the way to the existing bathroom wall at the opposite end of the bathroom wall. It would create one wall at an angle but with a seamless glass shower screen and a new tiled floor and walls it wouldn't look out of place. That would allow far better body manoeuvring in the shower.

How many bedrooms? Could you sketch the layout? I think there's a point at which the size and functionality of an en suite makes it debatable whether it is an asset to the property or not. A tiny basin like in the photo and lack of wall space for towels rails is a negative for me. If the house is three bedroom you don't need two baths and you might not need two showers but a separate powder room can be useful when the bathroom is in use or for guests to use without the residents having to move their toiletries and wet towels out of the way. So I was thinking would a two way bathroom including a toilet and a separate powder room enhance the spaciousness without the downside of 'only of one bathroom'? If the house is four bedroom then I think it becomes more important for it to have both a bathroom and an en suite. I agree with georgi02 about clean lines and clever storage to make the most of the space.

When you go contrast in colors with grout and tiles you are not getting perfect look for the first 2016 post. But that tiling in the shower having small cut at bottom was just not a good planning by tiler, and its not fixing job now its redoing whole bathroom now. And not aligning joints in the other post shower floor and mainfloor does not look too off as photo in clicked at an angle and separation between two floors will have glass or something. But not aligning up the walls is odd but still be affected by other factors

Based on the plans you provided I would go with number 2 (top row - right) with everything on the right hand side, so you walk in the door and the room looks spacious and you are not looking directly at a toilet from your hallway. All the plumbing runs along one wall and that is always the cheapest option and you can have a heated towel rail or similar running along the wall next to the entry. If it is possible I would rehang the door so it opens to the right not the left and then I would swap the toilet and basin so the toilet is tucked behind the door (for a little more privacy) and the vanities will be next to the shower.
