Fingerlime appears to be dying?

My Fingerlime is about 1.5 years old, hasn’t flowered before. It started to get yellow leaves so I treated it with a citrus spray that did seem to help. But as the weather has warmed up it seemed to wilt, so I moved it back about 2m out of full sun and more into full filtered light and very very late afternoon sun. Soil pH test is fine. It has continued to drop leaves and is yellowed. I water about every 3 days keeping soil moist. Tried fertilising with a citrus slow release. Any suggestions?
