Ideas to renovate the floorplan of our new home

Hey All.

So we've just bought a house (well it's in the works) and we're trying to think up ideas for renovating the house when we get the keys later this year.

I've attached the total floor plan (with the garden).

I made the floor plan myself, so please excuse some of the differing thickness walls as I couldn't get the numbers to stack up perfectly (But I never measured the thicknesses of the walls).

One thing we've noticed is lack of storage space in the master bedroom and trying to figure out how to fix that. (Also no en suite in the master). We could potentially extend outwards but that would cost a fortune I'm guessing (Any ideas on what it would cost to extend outwards along that entire wall on the right by another 1.5 meters?)

We're planning to knock out the wall between the lounge and dining/kitchen area which is load bearing. So cost wise it's only practical to remove it wall to wall on the dining side. I.e. leave that corner bit in which is in the current corridor.

Happy to answer questions, and love any help

Regards

Itai
