Contemporary Meets Coastal Hidden House - Real Vs Render

We created a comfortable new coastal home for a retired couple with a separate bedroom wing for visiting children, grandchildren, and friends.

The design response seeks to harness the unique qualities of the discrete site by offering a secluded and relatively modest street presence before opening to a surprisingly wider, higher and lighter rear, where all spaces have access to the northern sun and dedicated gardens. Such a response also enables the project to achieve an energy rating of 7 stars.

The rear operates as a generous residence for the couple with the capacity to open up or close down to the guest wing as required.

Check out the resemblance between the real and render images below. We do this to allow our clients to see our vision early on in the piece.
