Can you extend the porch to 2.9m wide to fit a table. It does not need to be for the full 14m perhaps just 4m and not near a door. Also consider metal supports and tensioned wire which can look lovely and also is low maintenance. I'll try and find some photos of what I mean if you are interested in this concept.

This may sound blunt , but it is so , so easy -- hide everything in your picture ! Look at the neighbours , a nice door and surrounds , in pleasant colours , with nice timber and bricks . Yours is square and open , with vertical wallboards ( maybe even synthetic or cement based ? ) , battening , a billy basic door and light , a window that is totally different again and even has a different coloured surround to the door ! So yes , change the door , do that whole wall or all 3 in a different finish . Do something about the cracked concrete path -- how about tile with terracota tiles , or white ones with a light blue pattern , right up to the door ? And the pipes -- do a canopy , or a facade in natural timber , or a sloping roof in the same material as your main roof -- hide them . Easier than moving them , and the associated risks implied there . I'm here in New Zealand , and I reckon you could do something including labour , and a door and side panels similar to your neighbours , for around $5000 , or $10,000 would be a real step up above your neighbours look haha . I assume your costs would be in that general range .

I'll make a different suggestion -- go and buy a litre of crisp white paint , and paint 1 of the columns , and see how it looks . I reckon its the colour that is the main problem -- match the colour to those screen doors and it'll look better . Mind you , where do you stop -- personally I think the gutter colour doesn't help either , those tiles are dated , even the bricks are of a certain era . A row of square columns may help , but I think embrace what you have , go crisp white columns , maybe charcoal gutters , waterblast the concrete , make the most of what you have .

I guess the first question is what do you want to achieve ?Do you want a more modern look , or a more useful space ? In other words , looks or practicality ? Looks wise , I thgink you need a plan for the whole house . I'm not a fan of brown , but the darker brown around the window looks good -- the gutters , the dirty white of that canopy , the wrought iron less so . Just me , I'd waterblast everything , I'd cut off the wrought iron ( an angle grinder should do fine ) , and paint the gutters , and the concrete canopy , in that darker khaki brown , or a metallic charcoal 9 that would need the window and surround done too ) . As far as a deck , basically I'd go a square , the size of the 'moon' one there , if that makes sense , so probably 2.5 x 2.5 or whatever the distance from the front door to the very front wall is . Stain it that khaki brown , or charcoal ( the same as gutters etc , not some brown , some charcoal ) . And the canopy I'd 'square' that too in an open beam -- leave the existing concrete canopy , just add and square it off , same size as the deck . Any bigger it will look out of proportion , I personally wouldn't have railings or built in seating ( who wants to sit out the front for longer periods IMO ) , just step down to lawn or footpath .
