Nice. What climate are you in? What size are the eaves (verandah) to the north? You don't want them to be too big. Or they'll shade your windows in winter (when you want the sun to heat your home), & make living areas darker.

I'd rather see appropriate length eaves to the north, & verandahs on other aspects, where they'll shade the home from the sun, & keep the rain out. Same with the north facing covered alfresco. Not a fan, makes the home darker, & colder in winter.

External shading for the ensuite, or low-e glass.

Sorry have named bed 4 twice, 1 of them should be bed 2.
We are building in Western Australia, so north gets the sun. The western side where ldry and en-suite windows are are not good outlooks as will have big water tank, ATU unit and large shed, while the east where bedrooms are have trees. Front verandahs are 1 mt and rear are 1.5 mts allowing us to sit out undercover, the alfresco area is 4.5mts to kitchen window, the meals and family are full length glass doors.

how many will be living in the house and what is the planned distance from the western side to the tanks and sheds..is there any restriction to the length or depth of the whole building?

There will be 3 actually living in house but have 3 adult children their partners and grandchildren that will stay regularly. Building envelope is 50 x 40 mts on a 10 acre block

You have a lot of land but seem to be compromising a lot with layout.
The activity room will be almost useless with so many walkways to other spaces going through it. Guests would need a map to find powder room. Need a hallway to resolve this.
Why such a big opening from. kitchen to the guest bedroom wing. Would need to pass the opening to get from the front bedrooms to the bathroom. Reduce it to a door. I would move toilet out of bathroom to its own powder room to better serve 3 bedrooms with up to 6 people using that bathroom.

Yes we have 10 acres but building envelope is 50 x 40. The activity area will be
used mainly by myself as study area as majority of the time only 3 in the house.
Guest can either use powder room which is right at the activity area or main bathroom but one of my pet hates is not having a w/ c in the bathroom.
The opening from kitchen to passage area is 1.5mts which is a cased opening.

I would remove garage from bedroom wing. I would reposition on southwest corner of home. Connected to laundry. I would also have a door from kitchen to bedrooms, instead of a cased opening. Reason for both, is to have a private, quiet and thoroughfare free bedroom wing.

The reason for having garage in current position is first the block has a slight slope towards the southwest corner so would need steps up from garage to the house but mainly don’t want to have to carry shopping through laundry, activity, family and meals before getting to kitchen.

Having the garage amongst the bedrooms would not be ideal. You have so much space to work with and are already restricting yourself on the design. Maybe change kitchen to the west side of the dining/living room. Having steps between garage and home, could be a feature.

acknowledging your responses to other's ideas my suggestions has the garage and kitchen next to the Master suite, includes mudroom and small office or the larger entry or bed 2 (with door from entry could double as separate study) the bedrooms and activity rooms are more flexible for visiting family but i've reduced the toilets to minimum with a multi person bathroom with easy access from outside or living areas..total floor area within 240sqm including verandahs and alfresco but excludes garage or double outside walls) the whole building is about 22m wide by 17m deep so hopefully could be positioned within the building envelope to minimise steps up from garage and allow for the tanks, shed and ATU on the western side but with the deep alfresco you should include skylights in the family room

Thanks for suggestions, the house is a lot smaller than we’re planning, we’re looking at approximately 240mts of living space(not total).
The main area (kitchen/meals/family) needs to be about 12-14mts x 5.

expanded to 240sqm excluding alfresco, verndahs and garage..overall dimensions about 25m x 17m
