From poorly laid, uneven turf to a useable space for entertaining & relaxing. This backyard was turned into the ideal place to entertain, spend the chilly months by the fire-pit or beat the heat under an open-air pergola with views of tropical garden beds and a water feature.

The customers wanted to remove the poorly laid grass and have the area turned into a low maintenance entertainers backyard. With a very active dog the existing grass was just not growing so grass for this area was not an option. We left the grass for the wide access section and transformed the rest.

New Vision Co Pty Ltd installed a @Newtechwood Australia deck, with using the same composite material for the garden beds and seating which surrounds the travertine tiled and feature pebbled fire-pit area. Newtechwood Australia is stain and fade resistance negating the need to stain each year as you would with hardwood timber.

Fire-pit area is perfect for get togethers in the cooler months of the year. We installed generous size Newtechwood bench seats along with silver travertine pavers and a featured pebbled area for the fire-pit to be placed.

Garden beds was filled with tropical sun / shade tolerant plants and white pebbles to add texture and pops of colour to the outdoor space.

We installed a water feature in-between the 2 garden beds and in front of the middle of the alfresco area to provide a calming atmosphere for the home owners and visitors.
