Greetings!

We would like to introduce our new low cost prefabricated modular housing construction system. It is a system of building using galvanised powder-coated steel perimeter “cages”, each 6m X 3m with 2.5m ceiling heights.

You can have any layout you like and go to 3 storeys. Just like building with Lego blocks. Everything you need to build each module comes in a package of as many modules as you need to build your house, apartment, hotel, even hospital. All the parts are coded & amp; delivered to your site in a shipping container.

They are not Tiny Houses! Tiny houses are not for permanent living in. They are too small for the price you pay for them... $80,000 to $100,000+!

Alright for a cute weekender or a trailer home. By the way these houses of ours can be classed as permanent homes or relocatable for use in caravan parks and backyards. Just different types of connections to the footings. We recommend “Surefoots” or spiral drive “screw piles” both steel with no concrete required.

For the same area, our AMAZiN HOUSE modules will cost you $10,000 +GST and freight, + electricals, tiling, plumbing and cabinetry, plus your labour to build the modules. Practically no painting... no plastering or maintenance. To completely construct one module shell, it will take 2 people with no skills or training less than 2 days to complete. It’s fire-resistant complying with Bal FZ and can be made fireproof using FIRECRUNCH cladding.

No cranes, no concrete.... just a spanner and a screwdriver!

You can start with a single module student apartment/granny flat /Airbnb extra bedroom in the corner of your back yard.

Budget on $10,000 + per basic module. 2 Modules give you a separate bedroom.

3 Modules and you can have a 2 or 3 bedroom house! $30,000 for the modules.

If you want the full-size display home type build, you will need 10 to 14 modules. That will give you a 4 bedroom with study, en-suite and bathroom, and double garage. (Images of a number of examples show that you can finish your house in any style....e.g. FLW, Mies van der Rohe, or Corbusier or even triple fronted brick veneer... God forbid!!)

That 14 module house will take you and a friend no more than 14 X 2 X 2 man-days to build ready for services and cabinetry. Depending on drainage regulations, you may have to put a flat conventional roof over the whole building. Talk to us about it!

For about 10 years we designed all sorts of buildings using shipping containers but we realise that they are not very practical because of their narrow 2.4m width and they have to be fully spray insulated or you risk mould on the inside... not very healthy. That adds very considerably to the costs.

Our new AMAZiN MODULES are 3m wide and are already fully insulated.... far, far cheaper, easier to handle without all the gear you need to move containers.

P.S. With the terrible fires leaving so many people homeless, we are offering a special program to them. We will provide the architectural services to obtain all permits etc (except statutory charges) without charge if it is for a replacement fire-resistant or fireproof house.
