Garage door colour, match wall to blend in or gutters or roof?
Comments (20)The stone is from YDL Stone called Kalala Shan. I wanted caesarstone calacatta nuvo but that would have broken the bank! This one still has that marble look I wanted but it's actually a warm base more off white, goes well with wood and the trouble I am having is which grey to put it with in the bathrooms! I was thinking light grey with off white...where did you get your tile from?...See MoreWhich colour would you choose for this roof reno?
Comments (4)There is a Dulux colour called iron sand that depending on the light can throw both chocolate and liquorice green which would work with your brickwork - You could probably do the same with the guttering. You should be able to get a chip from a roofing specialist and try it against the bricks. You could also take your lead from the colour of the tiles on the windowsills. Drive around your neighbourhood and see what you like. good luck...See Morewhat colour to change my gutters to?
Comments (4)Thank you for your feedback. Black would tie in with the front fence & we need to buy a new roller door so having that in black too would tie it all together. I’m also thinking if we change the front door to Black it would work too. Does anyone favour white?...See MoreWhich colours should I choose to freshen up my exterior?
Comments (6)Surprisingly , I like colour haha -- I'd go Chrome Yellow for the guttering and carport , and go for the contrast with the brown brick and brown roof -- it would add a line of brightness that is lacking IMO . I'd tie it in with doing your entrance door ( especiallyt if it can be seen from the street ) in the same colour . Sunshine yellow , of course , also conjures up images of the sun , it's modern -- oh yeah , like your solar panels ! I honestly think it would lift and modernise the whole look ! BUT if you don't want to be noticed , but still want a bit of class , I'd go for a 'metallic' charcoal in place of the mocca coffee cream , and darken down your look . Doesn't sound inspiring , but I know it would look better and more modern than the current 80's look ....See MoreDarren Ally
