1 will look lonely and lost, unless its a stunning chandelier, while drawing attention to its self and away from the kitchen overall. Don't forget that lights are there for a purpose and 3 will provide a much more even illumination of the workspace.

They look great in that photo, Northstar! Works beautifully. Will be fine over your bench. Didn't realise how large your p really space will be. Wow! No, if you replace pendants that have staggered drops, the fittings are completely removed and new pendant fittings are installed in their place. The electrician just shortens the drops without cutting them & the extra lenth is hidden away in ceiling.

Caesarstone osprey, against the floor, looks yellow white. And has the "spotty" pattern finish. The ambassador stone is a white and grey marble look. Maybe caesarstone clamshell or airy concrete for back bench tops. They have a "flowing" pattern effect as their finish. However, You know your room and colour of flooring, and natural lighting of room etc. colours are always best seen in situ.
