Internal renovations query: looking for advice

Hello,
I would like some advice about whether my big ideas could be a workable reality.
I would like to create a:
1. master WIR or BIW & ensuite (no bathtub)
2. a downstairs bathroom (no bathtub)
using the space from an existing small bathroom and adjoining bedroom.
I am after some solution to sort of out the original part of the house. The original house was a double brick two-bedroom cottage. We completed extensive renovations over a decade ago to accommodate our growing family. We are happy with those changes but would now like to create a proper master bedroom at the front of the house.
My dilemma: Is it possible to have all three (bigger bedroom with WIR or BIW, ensuite and spare bathroom) configured in the space?
The current bathroom (shower, bathtub + vanity only) allows only one person in there at a time. We have no need for a bathtub.
There is no issue with losing the bedroom – we will still have six.
Room sizes
Master: 3280 x 3600
Bed 2: 3130 x 4490
Bed 3: 3650 x 2970
Bath: 2500 x 1800
