I'd play off the colour of the new tiles - check out Dulux Henna Red to use as a core colour then choose a red-white, a charcoal grey and high gloss black for the door and small details You could be super brave and go with a Red roof too :) This is a great site to have a look at the differences between a bunch of different colours and doing it right :) http://www.oldhouseguy.com/exterior-paint-colors/ Good luck!

Shale Grey is a personal favourite as its very pale almost white, but without the sharp coldness of a white. Or try windspray which is still a light but definite grey. Dulux 'Timeless Grey' is very popular as its just an all round great colour and takes on a different shade in different light. Team it with white window frames and it looks great. A dark or light roof will still work with 'Timeless Grey'. A feature wall could be done in a darker grey to avoid the sameness of one colour, in particular a smooth rendered finish as it has no shadow lines essentially. Grey is very popular and seems like its here to stay for a long time. The 'Colorbond' range is a good place to start choosing colours as they spent a lot of time and money on staying on trend. Then sharpen up the choice/s after looking at them for some inspiration.

Hi again Grace You can get up to a 30 year warranty on Colorbond roofing. It would be easier and cheaper in the long run to just get the existing house done with a new roof while the extension is done. I've heard and seen some horror stories with roof sprayers and roofing companies in general and many are no where to be seen when the paint starts to fade or comes off in a decade or so. Get a quote for the new extension and then ask your builder/roofer you are going to spray your existing home but if he can do a good deal or discount on replacing the existing structure you may consider doing it all, at the end of the day it's a win for you and a win for them. I'm not familiar with these colors but try and keep them similar i.e. A blue grey, a green grey, yellow grey etc. that might help a little bit when thinking about your choice. Also I would do the same colour as you use on the render, (bricks) on the weatherboard above the garage or if you aren't keen on that, make it lighter. I would not go darker up higher. I would however do a very dark fence, assume the concrete one on the left. The other option, as it looks like you are embarking on quite a large project, is to change the existing colours i.e. garage door. I would choose a colour for the garage door which matches with the main house colour. Go with your gut! Good luck.
