Hi there, This photo seems to show steps and a porch right up to a side boundary (the fence) whereas the NSW SEP states any such structure on a secondary dwelling must not be within the setback, which is 900m for a side boundary and 3 metres on a rear boundary. This applies to both a CD and. DA so wondering how these steps got passed by council or a certifier.
