Ideas for better anchoring a flat slab (with a sewer underneath it)

I'm planning to build a storage room in my back yard, and because of a water company easement I can only build on a 150mm flat concrete slab (as opposed to the more complex slab my engineer had proposed). I'm concerned that it may move, and given i'm spending money on building it and making it look decent (wooden frame, tilted roof, weatherboards outside, plaster and floorboards inside) I am hoping to do what I can to make sure it doesn't shift or move or warp or whatever.
Is there anything else I could get my builder to do to make the slab more sturdy without going deeper (which would interfere with the water company easement)?
