Just finished demolition of master bath tub and found THIS

I suspect these manifolds are part of a system to heat the slab ... unfortunately, we are doing a full delete of the tub and now I have to figure out how to deal with these pipes sticking up from the slab? We really don't need or want the floor heated (North Carolina). Hoping there is a smart way to just bypass the system all together? Maybe I need to find the other side of this in the opposite wall perhaps???
We are going to have to break some concrete I think but would love to get some input on that? I'm thinking there are two areas to break concrete...
1) run line over to the wall to restore flow to the spigot
2) cap off manifolds somehow??? and bury the lines
Given the danger of screwing something up, should I hire a plumber for all this or can I DIY?
Thank you for any input.
